i m pursuing btech final year from ITM,sec-23,Gurgaon
my current aggregate is 74%(approx).
i want to know about where i m eligible at present as a graduate from btech
from computer and science engineering(cse)?
especially in the government sector?
i would be thankful if you could reply as soon as possible.

There are various entrance examination for getting into govt sector again these entrances are divided into two main types that is
core job opportunities

and general job opportunities

Core job opportunities are very difficult to get but will have great opportunities to have a good secured life every engineer will try for his core job but a very few of them will be succeeded in their attempts

anyways these jobs are again divided into two like pure govt jobs like IES and also some aided jobs like ECIL ,BHEL etc..,

and coming to next opportunity is that general job sector in this sector you will have jobs like IAS/IPS and other civil services

for this services one have to attempt an entrance exam called as CSE (Civil Service Examination) This exam is conducted by UPSC

This exam is conducted every year
even there are many entrances to get govt jobs the CSE is considered as the best job getting entrance because the reputations of jobs offered with this is that great.

You are eligible for most of the govt job,because eligibillity is graduation,and you are a graduate student. and also 74% marks is enough,but you have to sit some govt entrance exems like UPSc,SSC, railway, Bank PO etc...

Yes ofcourse you'll be eligible to appear for variou entrance exams which will inturn qualify you for government jobs provided you prove yourself in that entrance exams.

If your intrest lies in civil services then you can take up CSE(Civil Service Examination) to become IAS/IPS,you can even enter into other fields like railways & several other central departments with green ink in your hand provided,you get qualified in CSE.

CSE is believed to be a tough & highly competitive one,one needs to work atleast 18hrs a day with complete dedication in order to get qualified but now you have several coaching institutes like BRAIN TREE in Hyderabadetc.You can approach them.

Once you get selected you can be assured a respectable & comfortable living.

Currently you done Btech is the current challeging stream of the business sector ..

yes sure you are egilible for the government sector because maximum of the sector want the first devision so you are egilible for that..

you do b.tech in computer.very interesting. in computer sector now really very up..but you donot enter this sector.ypur aim is govt. job...

i suggest you various govt. job are there for graduation student you donot worry about because your carrier is good so you get the through entrance exam like(BHEL,COAL INDIA, ETC) .

yes dear since you have percentage above 70 then you can try for ISRO that will give you a very bright carrier
that is under government sector..........
and you can also try for various exams conducted by SSC

You have quite a good percentage in your graduation level.
You belong from Computer Science background.
Although you have a very good percentage in B.Tech.
But the problem is that there are very rare scope for Computer Science graduates in Govt. sector.
Although you have a decent percentage to apply for thetop IT companies like TCS,CTS,Wipro,Infosys etc.

job opportunities for B.Sc IT students as a fresher is very large.you have many option.you can definitely get a job in some IT firm or software companies.if you have interest to do software oriented jobs.then it will be better to do MCA course.
you also possess good technical skills. As a fresher, you will get jobs like programming associate, technical analyst etc.if you have financial problem then you can do job in telecom like vodafone, airtel, docomo etc.its also good option.

You can definitely opt for the government jobs. There are various govt. organizations which require computer science engineers includes.. banking, railways, defence etc..

sir currently am persuing my betch 3rd yr frm cse...im with 65% aggregate...am i eligibl to any gvt job?...if so, what exams should i appear...mainly interestd in railwys nd bankng sectors....i m not interested in gate..
