Hi friend,
BTC is basic training certificate which is meant to improve the quality of education in India. It is a regular course which has duration of 2 years. The minimum eligibility criteria is 12th with an aggregate of 50% or above. You are eligible as you meet the eligibility criteria. For reserved category. the cutoff would be 45% or above.
