Am i eligible for Kerala PSC examination after my diploma in mechanical engineering through distance education?
I passed diploma in electrical engg.i have ambition to study mechanical engg diploma by distance education .please explain university for distance education nd fee structure. I have a doubt that this course is applicable for kerala psc examination
