Am I eligible for M.Phil or Ph.D course being a candidate having completed Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Administration from a non UGC granted Institute?
I have done Post Graduate diploma in Hospital administration from Wigan & Leigh college. this is not UGC granted am I elligible for M.phill / Ph.D. programme

am i eligible for any phd course, as i have done pg diploma in health care management from Dr.Reddy's laboratries
