Am I eligible for NIMCET if I have done Bridge course in Maths?
I finished BCA with 6.5 CGPA(60%)
but in 12th std my math percentage is 57.5 and my overall percentage is above 60%. so if i done the Bridge course in math then whether I become eligible or not Here, Bridge course is equal to what? |

NIMCET is a national level entrance test conducted by NITs for admission to their MCA programme.
NIMCET admission to first year of MCA Programs, offered by NIT Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Durgapur, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli and Warangal, for the year 2011-12 will be based on the rank obtained in NIMCET 2011 Only. NIMCET 2010 Eligibility Indian Nationals securing 60% marks or 6.5/10 CGPA (55% or 6.0/10 CGPA for SC/ST) in each of the examinations of (i) 12th level with Mathematics and (ii) Bachelor’s Degree of full time 3 year duration from a recognized University. Those who have done Bridge Course in Mathematics are also eligible to apply. |

the eligibility for NIMCET is 1. 10+2 with maths 2. a full time BCA degree with at least 60% Those who have done Bridge Course in Mathematics are also eligible to apply so you are surely eligible for it all the best |

Yes you are eligible to apply for NIMCET.
Eligibility criteria for NIMCET: Graduate with 60% marks in each of the examinations of 12th level with Mathematics and Bachelor’s Degree of full time 3 year duration from a recognized University with any one of the following as one of the subjects • Mathematics • Business Mathematics • Discrete Mathematics • Mathematical Foundations of Computer Science • Business Statistics • Computational Mathematics • Elementary Mathematics • Elementary Statistics Those who have done Bridge Course in Mathematics are also eligible to apply. The candidates who are appearing for the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for NIMCET. |

I m confuse about bridge course in math! In my Bsc. IT there was no subject as math or similar to above mentioned subject in any sem. What should i do now? Tell me about some bridge course in math plz!
