Hello dear,

In Punjab Medical Entrance test 15% seats are reserved for out side Punjab candidates.
Punjab Medical Entrance test has been discontinued from 2013 and has been replaced by National Level Exam NEET to be held on all India basis.

so it is benefit for you.
