if my GMAT score IS 710 but 68% of marks at 10+2 level,then am i eligible to study abroad?

Generally colleges like Harvard, Stanford and INSEAD prefer students with 700+ scores.
These scores are accepted in more than 2400 business schools .
Most of the reputed universities accept scores between 650 to 740 GMAT score.
One must have scored atleast 70 % and above marks in their class 12th, and it must be from a recognised board.
The score may vary depending on the country one chooses for further study.
