sir i am continuing btech having 69% in 10th,48.66% in +2 ,having 63% in,btech,so am i eligible for syntel.

Syntel is a multinational company having offices in various parts of the world. They are having numerous projects. They have BPO, KPO, Software development and various other platforms too. With your qualifications you will be able to get through any one of the projects. You need to first seek out the area or the sector of Syntel that you are looking for an opening. You can also send your resume to their human resource department mentioning your desire to work for Syntel. It will be good to gain some work experience before applying due to inconsistency in your academic records.
