Am I eligible for undergraduate program? I've completed SSC and diploma
i completed ssc it is thirteen years from nursary to tenth. then i did diploma of three years can i apply for graduate program or undergraduate.

yeah, you sure eligible for any graduate program . As now you are a diploma holder,you can further go for graduation degree or any graduate program as you have the required educational qualifications required.
