Sir i am xstudent b.sc l year in dungar colleg in n 1 year geyp n i exam , plz sugesan can i do this year exam

Yes, you can appear for this year exams. But you have to get permission from your college management with reason. Then only they allow you to write the exams of 2nd year. And the exams of first year will become arrears, which can be cleared after.
