I went to an NIIT Java course two summers ago. They material they provide is comprehensive, as they have a collaboration with Sun Microsystems. If you pass the test after the course then you get certification directly from Sun.

They also have a .NET course, but I can't help you with the exact details.

There are a number of branches throughout Hyderabad, so location should not be a problem.
As I remember, the prices were slightly on the higher side though
