i am passed 12since from gujaratbord.i get 93.57persentil in bord and 87 mark in jee. Which is the best computer engineering college for me?

your score in the boards is very good , but as you have mentioned that you have scored only 87 marks in JEE ,so you are not eligible for admission in IITs and NIT's.
but you still can get admission in many colleges in India.
