Availability of jobs in PSUs with B.Sc in Zoology, Chemistry and Botany?

I have done B.Sc with majors in Zoology, Chemistry and Botany. Now, can I any jobs in public sector units on the basis of my current degree? Or, should I study further for better job opportunities? If yes, then out of these three subject which should I choose as my specialization for M.Sc?
