There are number of courses for which a candidate is eligible to join soon after completion of B.Sc course. You can choose the one which you are interested and where your strengths are being fully utilized.

You did not mention the subjects which you have gone through in your B.Sc course.

If you have completed your B.Sc with science related subjects, then its better to opt for M.Sc course with any of the following subjects like

You can opt other post graduation courses like

-MA if you have profound interest to pursue.

The admission to MBA course will be given on the basis of performance in any of the Entrance Exams like

-SNAP etc.

To get admission for MCA course in NITs, its better to crack NIMCET Exam. Each and every university will conduct its own entrance exam to give admission for MCA course and M.Sc courses too.

So, I suggest you to decide upon the course which you want to join depending upon your interest and then collect the list of colleges which are offering that course.

Later on know the required entrance exam to crack to get admission for your chosen course in your chosen college and prepare accordingly.

It depends on what you want to do doesn't it, the most common thing to do is to get a Msc. degree in a related field or apply for internships or jobs to get some hands on experience before going on to do your Msc. or Phd. You do have an advantage if you have both an Msc. and a Bsc. and usually you get to getpaid more as well.
A friend of mine is going to finish her Bsc. in Marine Bio next year and hse has decided it's not for her afterall so she is going to apply to an Msc. in Forensic Anthropology instead. Other people I know are taking some time off, finding an unrelated job for the meanwhile to think about their next step, it is really a very individual choice.
Find out for yourself what it is you are interested in and then figure outthe best path to get there. Good Luck
