Is B.ed is necessary for writing Social Work Set Exam Kerala 2012. I got more than 50%marks. Is that necessary or B.ed is compulsory

If you are willing to take State Eligibility Test for lectureship in Social Work, you don't need to hold a B.Ed degree but you must have done your masters in social work from a recognized university.
The minimum percentage of marks required to be eligible for the test is 55% in your masters degree exam.

So, if you are qualified as per the criteria mentioned above, you can definitely take the test and as far as B.Ed is concerned, it is compulsory for teaching in school level but not for colleges and universities in India.
