B.Tech (Biotechnology ) student is eligible for Integrated PhD? Does it have same value as of PhD?


Sir,
My son is in his 6th Sem of B Tech (Biotechnology) He intends to do research. Should he complete his Master degree (Mtech) or could he opt for Int-Phd? Is it useful? Does it have the same value as of Phd?
