Is b.tech electrical engineering student is able to give school service commission exam(ssc)? If yes then what is the criteria.

Yes Any graduate can write for SSC exam, even you can also write for this after you have completed your Btech, Staff selection Commission organizes many entrance exam for selection of various post.

>>You are also eligible to write for SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination.

It consists of three tiers of pattern like:-

Tier I:
*written exam of MCQ type. questions are from General Intelligent & Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Aptitude and English Comprehension are given.

*Maximum mark of 200 marks.

Tier-II:

*consists of three papers as Arithmetical Ability, English Language & Comprehension and Commerce/ Maths /Statistics/Economics.

* Total marks are 600 in this written exam.

Tier-III:

*Personality Test/ Interview/ Computer Proficiency Test or Skill Test

The exam for this will be held on 14.04.2013 & 21.04.2013 and last date for application is over, you can apply after passing your graduate.

No,only CS and IT student are applicable for ssc..
