Re: BCA course is suitable for science student? C+ language is tough for BCA students?
Bachelor in computer applications(BCA) is a good course. It has got a high scope if you continue in that same field. Being from a science background doesn't actually qualify for BCA. You need to have computer science as one of your subject in your 12th. So if you have computer science in your 12th then you can join BCA. Even if you are from computer commerce stream.
Your other question is about C+ being tough. If you are not interested in computer programming then of course it is going to be tough. But if you are interested in the subject then it will really be easy for you. So do not worry if you like to work with computers. It will be easy. |

Re: BCA course is suitable for science student? C+ language is tough for BCA students?
# BCA stands for Bachelor in Computer Application
# It is most suitable for those candidates who keen to learn computer languages and programming. # It is also good alternative option of four year B.Tech degree. # Required educational qualification is intermediate in any stream with minimum 55% marks. # Selection process for BCA course includes an entrance test by most of institutes/universities. But some offer admission in BCA just on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. # Many software companies offers job oppirtunities with good salary package such as WIPRO, Infosys, Patni Google, TCS, Tech-Mahendra etc. # It is better to go for MCA after completion of BCA in order to have better career prospects. |

Re: BCA course is suitable for science student? C+ language is tough for BCA students?
Yes dear BCA is the course which has almost all opportunities after completion of the Course. Since with BCA course you can apply for both Private and Public sector jobs with High packages. Many software Companies recruits the BCA students in their Companies as " Project developers and Programming designers ".
And that to you can go for further studies after completion of BCA courses like MCA. No dear for the first any language will be tougher for any candidate. But you have an advantage as through out your graduation you are aware of C languages and many more programming languages like C++, JAVA and Data Base Management systems. So C language will be easier for you.If you have still any problem regarding the C language you can take coaching before get admitted into the BCA course. So finally I would like to say that you would be very careful to chose your career. Still you have further doubts you can feel free to ask us. |

Re: BCA course is suitable for science student? C+ language is tough for BCA students?
Its an good option to choose BCA - bachelor of Computer application am also graduate from BCA , don't listen anybody peoples always pass negative comments on what you wanna do or interested in ,truth is that C++ language is same in all courses while it is BCA or Btech , C++ language is easy language if you know about C language
Its not an tough language if you are good in studies otherwise its a little bit complicated in starting ,so i suggests you take admission in BCA after BCA you can go for MCA (Post graduation ) |

You can do BCA after doing 12th with Science. This is a three years graduation degree course and BCA stand for Bacehlor of Computer Application. You are a Science background student so, this course is not tough to you. C, C+, C++, Java, oracle these are main topics of BCA but, don't mind, you can can understand it well than, other background student. These topics are not so tough as you expect. You can clear it with your hard work. So, I suggest you to do BCA and then MCA. After doing these courses you can be Programmer, Software developer etc.
