After studying biology-science student can study BCA ?

Yes your eligible for BCA course after completing 12th Science stream . To apply for BCA course you should complete 12th standard or equivalent Examination in any discipline from recognized university . You should score Minimum 55% Percentage of marks in 12th board Examination, But score top college may require Minimum 60% percentage of marks .
You should having English is a Main subject in 12th standard .

So, Being and Science stream candidate your eligible for BCA course .

To get admission in B.C.A ,

*the candidate need to completed 12th examination from a recognized School or equivalent qualification

* and the candidate must secure at least 50-60% aggregate marks in their examination.

*And some college prefer the maths candidates for B.CA course not all the colleges.

Hi

Candidates who have scored minimum of 60% marks in his/her XII board exam are eligible for the BCA course. So the only eligibility required for this exam that the candidate is 10+2 passed.

The duration of this course is of 3 years. During the duration of these 3 years you will be taught many languages and computer applications.

There are some colleges in India which only take the candidates having mathematics at XII and got 60% marks. If you have these eligibility then you can apply for BCA course to any college.

But if you don't have mathematics at XII then there are some colleges in India in which you are not eligible. But you can apply in other colleges where the Maths is not required.

You can study BCA even after being a biology student. It will not be difficult for you provided you attend the classes regularly. You might feel problem in Mathematics, but most of the colleges arrange special classes for Biology students.

Regarding the scope it depends on the college and you knowledge level. After BCA, you can do MCA. You can work as a software engineer in software companies after doing BCA/MCA.
