Hello,
It sounds great if you want to be a wedding planner. For this aim, you can pusrue a Certification course, Diploma or bachelor degree.
The skills required for event management is planning an event, promoting through marketing and advertising, hosting the event etc. Overall it uses management skills to successfully plan and host an event.
As per your goal, you should opt for BBA Event management with specialization like Venue mangement, Advertising etc. rather to opt B. Com as B. Com. is not more relavant to the required skills for wedding planner. Its all about marketing and event management in terms of accounts, costs and finance etc.

Hope, it will be helpful to you!!
