Is it beneficial to study MTech(Computer Science) for BE/BTech(Production Engineering) student?

Respected Sir/Madam, is it better to do MTech in Computer Science after completing BE/BTech in Production Engineering? Should I join MTech in same field or any other field would be more better me?

If you are interested in coding and looking for jobs in the software and the digital world which is currently a booming field then you can certainly go for M.Tech. in Computer Science irrespective of the discipline of your B.E./B.Tech. degree.

But, in case you are looking to explore more in the engineering discipline of B.E./B.Tech. degree then M.Tech. in Production engineering is also a good option.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
