Re: Which is the best course in B.Tech?
Hi
It totally depends on your interest. As far as branch is concerned. Each one is good. Electronics and telecommunications, electrical, mechanical, chemical, civil, computer science, Instrumentation, Information Technology are very good and common. Mechanical is called the ever green branch as it gets placement even in recession. Try to find out where you want to see yourself in coming 10 years. Earlier girls were restricted for few branches as they involved field work. But now the trend is changed and girl can choose any branch of her choice. All the best |

Re: Which is the best course in B.Tech?
It is a very good decision by you to take up B.Tech but be careful in choosing the engineering course. I would suggest you Mechanical Engineering is the best out ofthese because of following reasons :
1. Mechanical Engineering hasa very wide job opening as mechanical engineers are found in almost all sections of engineering. A Mechanical Engineer is now found in all types of industries because of their very wide scope. A Mechanical Engineer can go to all jobs other than a Civil Engineering job. 2. When it comes to Civil Engineering you have got a job but the thing you cannot go for any other job than a civil engineering job. 3. Chemical Engineering may not be a good option as the job opening is less when compared to others, and also there are not so many chemical industries in India when compared to MechanicalIndustries. A Mechanical Engineer can work in Machine based industries, computer hardware and software industries, Petroleum Industries, Electronics Industries and Electrical Industries, Aircraft Industries and any other industry as they will require a mechanical engineer to design and maintain their machines for their improved production. It is a field that has never experienced a recession. |

Re: Which is the best course in B.Tech?
Hai friend
In B.Tech course you can find many branches related to engineering but you can find only six best courses like: -->Electronics and Communication Engineering(ECE) -->Computer Science Engineering(CSE) -->Electrical and Electronics Engineering(EEE) -->Information Technology(IT) -->Mechanical Engineering -->Civil Engineering These are the top most best courses which have good scope and job opportunities in the future. The above mentioned courses are entirely different from another. The CSE and IT are software courses, ECE is a software and hardware course,EEE,MECH,Civil are other hardware courses. Depending upon your interest you can choose either software or hardware course to have a good job opportunities for a better future. ALL THE BEST |

Re: Which is the best course in B.Tech?
Quote:
B.Tech in itself is one of the top courses in the world right now. With more than majority of the population wanting to become engineers, its become a hot course in the market and so has its importance raised. B.Tech stands for Bachelors in Technology. Now its a full time course of 4 years which one has to complete in order to get the degree. For your information, I must write the most commonly chosen streams which you can look forward to. They are:- ECE, CSE, IT, EEE, ME, CE, AE etc. To elaborate a bit, CSE/IT are the streams which are somewhat similar, but are different in their curriculum. Both the streams deal with the IT field and software development. Its the hottest course in the market as of now,as you can see sooo many IT Companies recruiting students from campuses for their client needs. Some of the top companies are: TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Google, IBM, etc and many others. Hence in my opinion, you can look for any of these courses as they promise a good and secure future. However, other than these there are the three evergreen streams in Engineering, i.e ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL AND CIVIL. So these are also the streams you can consider and match as per your interest. It would be nice and advisable if you can choose your own stream, because the one which you love you would always study and excel in it. We can only give suggestions. These 3 streams always finds good and high profile jobs in the government and public sector companies. Also Electronics and Communication is a good option, its got huge scope in the coming market and promises a career. So you can think about it as well. Please keep in mind that non of the courses are bad, and you cannot call any one course as best. Its just as per your preference and requirement of the market and that is it. Also apart from these courses, there are numerous other branches which are not very sought out and popular among the main colleges. They include Chemical, Automobile, Biotechnology, Instrumentation, etc and others like this. Click Here to know about other career options as well and compare the best. So be very careful, when you choose your stream because most colleges do not allow candidates to change it later on. Hope this helps All the best Regards RANJEET |
