If you are not interested in continuing within the same field and want to change over and if you are good at management then go for MBA. But I will suggest you to continue in the same field and to go ahead with MCA or M.Sc Information Technology. Because, you will have broad spectrum of opportunities after masters in the IT field. You can work with the top MNC's and IT companies like Infosys, Wipro, Mahindra Satyam, Infotech, HCL, Syntel, CTS etc. It would be prestigious for you to work with such top companies. All the Best! |

Hi MCA is most better to do after BSc IT. It will give you more practical knowledge in Software side and also help in your company side as well.
All the best. |
