Hello friend,
MBA is definitely a better option compared to Post graduate diploma in management. Since MBA is a degree and PGDM is a diploma, more opportunities will be available for a masters degree holder and particularly a masters degree in business administration. As far as colleges providing in Mumbai is concerned, there are many but you got to pursue the course from a reputed institute for a better prospect.
