Unfortunately you can do MBA from a regular college as you have scored less than 50% in your graduation and you are not eligible for CAT, MAT,XAT etc enterance exam for doing MBA course. So I am sorry to inform you this but you will not be getting good colleges for MBA. I would rather advice you to continue your MBA study through distance mode only.

For admission : you need to clear enetrance examination and based on enterance score you will be getting admission.

You can not do MBA degree course in 30,000/-, even fees of government college is higher than it. As per you graduation marks, you are eligible for MAT entrance exam. If you can qualify in MAT exam, then you have some good options in below colleges.
