i want to know is it better to do mtech with AICTE recognition or UGC recognition?
how can i decide the best option for my self as m nt holding a valid GATE score bt hv been a good student throughout and cant waste an year to qualify GATE for mtech admissions in computer science.
please suggest me with some universities or institutes that are recognized and where i can get admission ( i mean chances of getting admission is high).
do tell me the procedure for mtech through UPTU.

Yes, you need to do M.TECH from AICTE or UGC recognized university, otherwise your degree will not be valid anywhere, neither for further study nor job point of view. As companies make verification for degrees, as they are valid or not in today's time.

see, If you want to get good college then you need to appear for GATE and for that you need to waste a year. Otherwise you can contact your State local colleges where admissions done through state's admission commitee. Here you can apply and as you are saying you are good student , then you will surely get through.

But, here you need to compromise with your college.If you are good then you will shine out from any where.So, if M.TECH is your goal then try to apply in different colleges as I mentioned above and you will get admission , if you clear their entrance.

M.Tech through UPTU is also a nice option. see, these all depends on you and your interest.

Hello dude,

You dont have to worry much about not being qualified for GATE exam, there is many other ways that you can do. If you want to go for Mtech courses make sure that you go for best private colleges, and they are approved by UGC, they are very good.

See, IIIT of Bangalore, you can apply for it, AICTE approved colleges are those which are affiliated to some universities and they are not that good as compared to deemed Universities.

i am avg student i got the m.tech admission in local college in Andhra pradesh my branch is cse B.tech74%,inter(MPC) 86.4%,SSC 80.5% i have reservation bc-b and My family is not in financially good condition to go for paid seats i write the vitmee exam i get the rank but my parents are not intrested because finance problem .if i am doing m.tech in local college govt will pay the half fee so please any any one suggest me will i do m.tech in local college or just start early and finding a job is correct or learn some courses and then find job and some of my friends told join in bank instuite go for govt job but it will take some time may be in years also so which could i prefer which one is better for me
