iam doing my final year BCA, iam intrested in MBA, but some peoples are telling me to take MCA. so, give me suggestion which is better either MCA or MBA?

MBA and MCA are courses related to two different fields. MCA degree is related to software and its applications. This course is much equivalent to B.Tech in CSE/IT and is enough to find a rewarding job in software field. MBA on the other hand is related to managerial aspects and allows you to find administrative jobs. Job profiles of Management Trainee /Manager are usually available in banks firms like CIL, HLL, and HAL. But you must pursue the course from any of the reputed B-schools.
