good morning , i have submitted bhel online application with OBC cast, but here due to internet problem i am not
getting my cast certificate at now .so my question is can i send my document without cast certificate or you may consider it as GEN..
as you are unable to submit OBC caste certificate so you will be considered as general candidate. so there will no reservation for you and also you will not get the facility for being OBC.
