Yes you can really think of scoring best in aipmt after you have gone through the following books:
1.pradeep's objectives and refreshers for classes 11th and 12th of subjects physics, chemistry, and biology.
2.ncert textbooks for classes 11th and 12th of subjects physics, chemistry, and biology.
These books cover the entire syllabus, but you must take coaching for aipmt to score a good result. Thanks.

The books which I will recommend you for AIPMT are:

Study package for Medical Entrance Exam- Tata Mc-graw hill publishers

Besides this, you should learn those books of your school level comprising the basics of physics, chemistry and Specially Biology....

Some other books which you can follow are:

Biology:

Pradeep’s Biology

SC Verma (Part-1 and 2)

MTG (Biology Today) CBSE PMT (Subscription)

Dinesh Biology

NCERT- Biology Part 1 and Part 2

Trueman’s Biology

AC Dutta for Botany (Oxford Publication),

Physics:

Physics: CBSE PMT set of 3 Volumes by Anil Aggarwal

HC Verma for Physics,

Concept of Competition Physics for CBSE PMT by Aggarwals

NCERT- Physics Part 1 and Part 2

Chemistry:

ABC Chemistry

Arihant Organic Chemistry

Dinesh Chemistry

Morrision Boyd for Organic Chemistry

Peter Atkins and Julio de Paula for Physical Chemistry

NCERT- Chemistry Part 1 and Part 2

You don't have to buy all these books...because the contents of the books are all more or less same.

So choose the books very carefully especially Biology.

All India Pre-Medical / Pre-Dental Entrance Examination (AIPMT) is conducted

this examination a candidate needs the following eligibility criteria.

Education Qualification
For the AIPMT exam candidate should be 10+2 pass with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the qualifying examination.
For SC /ST 40% marks are minimum.

You can study the following books for the preparation of the AIPMT examination.

Sir
BIOLOGY BOOKS:-
Firstly , the most imp., stick to NCERT .
Secondly, onceÂ* you have gone through the NCERT . The book you must read is Truemans Elementary Biology!!! A great book for cracking any PMT exam, AIPMT ,
Thirdly , after reading these books your basics must have been all- clear. Now what you need is to test yourself…so take any objective question bank and test yourself.. And Lastly, take previous year question paper.
PHYSICS and CHEMISTRYÂ*BOOKS:- Firstly, NCERT
Secondly, DineshÂ*Subjective Physics and Chemistry
Thirdly – Any objective question bank for both physic and chemistry. Though I prefer Dinesh publicationsÂ*only.. Finally, Previous year question papers.

Dear friend,
There are a number of good books available in the market. Following are few selected books which will clear your concepts 100%
Physics: Consult Concepts of Physics by H C Verma. It will clear your concepts. You will be able to solve any kind of question if your concepts are clear.
If you want to have a idea of objective type questions, you can consult Objective Physics by ABC publication.

Chemistry: First of all go through NCERT part 1 & 2 properly.
Then you can study subjective books by Pradeeps for competitive level preparation.
Besides if you want a sound understanding of organic chemistry, one of the best book is Organic Chemistry by T. W. Graham Solomons.

Biology: For biology recommended books are
NCERT, Pradeeps and A C Dutta (oxford publication)
Good Luck

Along with these books, the candidates should also make it a point to study and must practice the questions that have already come in the previous year’s papers. This will not only help to boost the confidence level of the individual candidates but will also be a boon, as there are a certain number of fixed questions that are repeated every year in the entrance exam.

all the best..
