Dear friend yes there are too much books are available for GATE AND CSIR EXAM...........

But the important books are G.K PUBLISHER WHICH is the most important for GATE EXAM.........

If your mind suggest then you can take study material from any good coaching center.............

2.solve as many problems as you can.

hi...please mention the subject bin which you will be writing the gate exam ,because without knowing the subject its very hard to tell the books for that subject,any how if you are asking in general then the gk publications books are the best for the gate examination because there problems are really helpful from the exam point of view and also from the point of view of improving your knowledge by explaining the problems ,also the previous years papers set of the gk publishers is an very good collection of previous years papers with solutions ,
