I got 79% in intermediate which branch i could select cse or ece which is the best

You can make choice according to your interest in the subject. CSE is much related to computers and its technical applications. Software and hardware aspects of computers are mostly covered under the course. ECE stream is related to the design and development of electronic equipments. Mother board design, processor manufacturing concepts, digital communication, etc are mainly studied under the course. Both the courses offer adequate career opportunities.

It purely depends of where does your interest lies. If you have interest in software and hardware side of computers then quite obviously Computer Science Engineering is the best choice for you. However if you have interest in electronic equipments design and other aspects then Electronics and Communication is the perfect choice for you.


There take your time and think what exactly do you prefer. In the case you want to work for top IT companies than you can pick any of the two choices. However in term of scope Electronics and Communications holds advantage of Computer Science Engineering.


Computer Science Engineering would limit your chances to few Public Sector Undertakings and IT companies while Electronics and Communications gives you various options like PSU, IT, Telecom, Electronics etc.


Even in the Public Sector Undertaking, there are more jobs for Electronics and Communications in comparison to Computer Science Engineering. Almost all the Public Sector Undertakings hire ECE.


Therefore if your intention purely is to find a good job then you can go for the Electronics and Communications. Same can be said if you have no interest in computer sofwares and hardware.


In the Public Sector Undertaking, you can find job easily being a Electronics and Communication Engineering. However you would need to pass a entrance exam which is mandatory in every PSU. Some of the PSUs where you can apply for jobs as a ECE are:

Nice to see your interest in the field of the engineering course. In today time the engineering field is the one of the famous field. You have good marks in the 12th. Now if you are interested in the engineering field then i advise you to choose any branch as per own interest. Here i give you the details information.

Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) and Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) both are good branch and having good opportunity in the future.

CSE branch is related to the computer field whereas ECE branch is related to the communication field. So, if you are more interested in the computer field then CSE branch is the best option for you and if you are more interested in the communication field then ECE branch is the best option for you. So choose anything as per won choice.

First of all it all depends on you in which field you are interested at .If you are interested in Software and hardware side of computers then go for Computer Science Engineering .

And if you are interested in electronic equipments design and other aspects then go for Electronics and Communication .

Both are good choice and have good scope too.So its your decision what you want to opt for in future .

congrats for your intermediate results! join the branch according to interest in the particular subject and the future aspect of it. CSE is a very interesting branch where you have a lot opportunity to learn things and become a software developer and much more. you will be learning about computers, software and programming languages, hacking.
ECE is related to your electronics and communication subjects and here you learn a lot about signals, electronic gadgets, circuits and coding in VHDL. you can be an engineer in leading IC manufacturing companies like Intel.

Both CSE and ECE are excellent streams of Engineering from all points of view rather from educational view or from placement view.

Also , these two are the top streams in the last five years from the placement point of view with lucarating salaries.

But if you ask to choose the one in between these two , then i would like to tell you that it totally depends on you that which branch you should choose because it totally depends on you that in which stream you have the most interest and think that in that very stream you can perform exceptionally well.

So , you have to decide this but at the same time as you have asked to us , then i would opine you CSE because if you complete your engineering from this stream , then its most likely for you to get recruited in companies with handsome packages.

At the same time , if you are not quite well in computers then you should go with ECE.

Good future does not depend on any branch,it mostly depend on your interest and performance in that certain course.In case of branch selection,you have to select the course that you have more interest.As you are a girl,in my view CSE best suits you than ECE as there is more competition for ECE.The boom for computer languages is very high.

So think of yourself and make a good selection giving more importance to your interest.

both the fields are related to education field..and has it own value and importance with their specific functions.it won't be right if we judge them..

CSE has its boon till the technology exists..where as ECE branch is evergreen..it will remain forever till we need them..

BOTH CDS AND ECE has become a important necessity with which we become habituated.we can not live wthout these two..

if you are willing to opt any one you can..in the first year you will be having both subjects but from 2nd year you will be doing as per your specialization..choose those subject in which you have interest..
