i want to transfer from cse to ece branch.my college is under anantapur jntu.

dear friend,

you can transfer but when you are top in your total branch student .
after all you will loss your 1 year also .
because its only happened in 2nd year.if you are in 3rd year and thinks about it .
so forget about the transfer.
