hi,
i am studying b.tech (IT)....but i am interested in nanotechnology and research in technologies....so after my bachelor degree can i study m.tech nanotechnology....am i eligible for that??

Choice of your mtech subject has nothing to do with your btech branch.Just find out that the subject you want to to study is under which branch code like you want to study VLSI then appear in GATE with ece branch.Similarly find out under which branch code nanotechnology is taught ,appear in GATE with that branch and if you clear it,then you can surely study nanotechnology.

i'm finished my B.Tech(IT).can select in M.Tech nanotechnology,& my sister finished in Bsc(Physics),can select M.Tech nanotechnology?
