dear sir ,

you can do M.TECH in only those sides in which you have done B.TECH.

so it is difficult to do M.TECH in bio-medical after doing B.TECH in electronics engineering

no,you can not do M.Tech in biomedical related subjects after completing B.Tech in electronicsand telecommunication engineering.
after doing B.Tech in electronics and telecommunication engineering you can do following:
1.M.TECH IN ETC
2.M.TECH IN CSE
3.M.TECH IN IT

Hi, I have completed B.E in biomedical engineering. Please can you tell me in which all fields i can go for M.Tech? Can i choose software related subjects? If Yes what all those?
