Yes, accordin to CCIM rule. Instituitional BAMS graduate can practice allopathy upto the extend of there teaching and training. Including procedure and advances made in modern medicine.

according to health rule2(ee) of Supreme Court he can prescribe allopathic medicines,if the state govt of that state recognizes him and allows,every state has its own ruling for this issue

yeah bams docs cn legally practice alopty..b.a.m.s degre itself is given only to those who have learnd integratd system of medicine ie,ancient n modrn medicine..those who say no increse ur knwndlge..its supreme courts ordr.

I think indian p.g in modern medicine is useless in america.coz they have to give entrance there and there after they have to repeat there md or ms again.
