Yes, accordin to CCIM rule. Instituitional BAMS graduate can practice allopathy upto the extend of there teaching and training. Including procedure and advances made in modern medicine.

according to health rule2(ee) of Supreme Court he can prescribe allopathic medicines,if the state govt of that state recognizes him and allows,every state has its own ruling for this issue

yeah bams docs cn legally practice alopty..b.a.m.s degre itself is given only to those who have learnd integratd system of medicine ie,ancient n modrn medicine..those who say no increse ur knwndlge..its supreme courts ordr.

I think indian p.g in modern medicine is useless in america.coz they have to give entrance there and there after they have to repeat there md or ms again.

As you can reply with the Docter instead of Doctor, Govt. also makes spelling mistakes, Isn't it?

1. Both course have equal years to pursue
2. having syllabus nearly equal. wither same as in case of PSM or Microbiology topics covered with PSM. There is only a question of separate paper of Biochemistry and truly speaking whenever you study physiology and you do not understand the biochemistry, then how any one can pass Human Physiology considered with biochemistry.
3.The concern subjects of 3rd have equal syllabus to pass as in MBBS but very seriously speaking to pass third year in BAMS along with allopathic Medicine subject you also need to know ayurveda.
3. BAMS course is not like Ayurveda with allopathy, but Allopathy must with ayurveda.

I can feel you wont understand this.

Who says that they do not know anything about allopathy? I guess only you.
BAMS doctor can prescribe allopathy upto a limit.
If you are not clear with facts then you should first clear them up. BAMS also requires hard work and labour. You can't simply say that they don't know anything. They are taught modern medicine in their syllabus. Also Note the fact I am Not a BAMS doctor who is taking favour of BAMS. I know this because I asked my Cousin who did BAMS.

Yes but just in emergency, BAMS docs prescribed 20-30 allopathic drugs for saving life if necessary
