im a class 12th commerce student (with maths and english) and i want to know if i could appear for the NCHMCT exam. I will be giving my Boards in march 2011 and wish to know all the details related to the field of Hotel Management,catering and nutrition. please tell me as soon as possible. Thank You.

yes, you can appear for the NCHMCT exam as the minimum qualification for the NCHMCTis that the candidate Should have passed +2 stage of 10+2 system or equivalent examination in any stream with English as one of the subjects. Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in JEE 2010 for being considered on provisional basis.

u should hve to be 10+2 eligable.age limit as on 01.07.2012: 22 years in case of General/Open/OBC (central list non-creamy layer)/PH/Kashmiri migrant candidates

Age Relaxation is 25 years in case of SC/ST category candidates
• Reservation of Seat: As per Govt. policy i.e. 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST, 27% for OBC & 3% for PH (across board) categories

Candidate needs to logon to http://specialtest.in/nchmct2012 or www.nchmct.org and download the form and fill the form online only.
• The down loaded Application without requisite fee shall be invalid. The last date for sending downloaded Application Form is 13th April, 2012

Yes, Of course, from any stream Student can appear for NCHMCT JEE exams it doesn't matter whether he/she is in science or in commerce either arts. Can appear for NCHMCT JEE exam after 12th. The minimum qualification required is 12th board exams pass in any stream. Candidates should have studied English as one of their subjects. Candidates awaiting their HSC result can also apply for the hotel management entrance exam.

I just wrote my 12th exam in commerce. Can I attend in NCHMCT JEE exam?
