Can a computer science student can go for the field of food technoloy ans is biology necessary for the field of food technology

I am cs student I want to study food technology in Kerala what can I do?

I have done my bachelors degree in Computer Science and working in IT since 5 years. Can i move my stream into Culinary?
If Yes, which kind of Masters/PG program related to food can i do?
I am pretty much interested and excited to study related food.

Hello Friend
You can do your bachelor or master degree program from starting in food technology for that you can do engineering in food technology. There will be no benefit of you current benefit because from your graduation you are changes your stream. But if you have learnt then definitely you will get your CS graduation befenit.

If you have degree on computer science, you are not eligible to do masters in food technology. ... Bachelor of Science (bsc) in Food Technology is an under graduate course of 3 years duration which deals with the study of scientific principles involved in the food production as well as preservation.
