no my dear these exams ask for those students who have completed their graduation because in the form one has to fill his final year result as well so i dont think you can but yes if you are sure about your likely percentage that you might get then you can fill it in the form and then apply for it but i wont suggest you that if at all you are not sure . i hope you will once again go throughal the details fefore filling the form and do as directed. wish you good luck and all the very best for future .. bye take care for further asssistance you can write to me .

Qualifications requirement to sit for custom services exam is given below

1.minimum qualification graduation in any subject, with 55% marks in graduation.

and 60% marks for engineering holders.

age limit is 21-29 year.

As to appear in the Custom service exam, the basic qualification is to have a graduation. Final year students who are awaiting their exam can also appear in this exam. The selection process is very stringent. There will be a written exam and an interview. Physical fitness is also another criterion. All the details required as to apply for the exam is provided in the official website.
