Can a graduate directly apply for section B for AMIE?
i want to know that can a graduate apply directly to section B for AMIE?

No. None can apply directly for section B for AMIE. After clearing all subjects of section A, One can study section B in AMIE. Exam is conducted in the month of June and December. In Each semester, Students can appear maximum 4 subjects.
AMIE Eligibility You must have passed (10+2) in science stream with maths as a main subject or 3 years diploma engineering from a recognized institute. AMIE Syllabus For (10+2) Holder Section A : 10 Subjects Section B : 9 Subjects + Lab. For Diploma Holder - Section A : 4 Subjects - Section B : 9 Subjects + Lab. Engineering Branches Offered By AMIE - Electrical Engineering - Mechanical Engineering - Civil Engineering - Chemical Engineering - EC Engineering - Computer Science Engineering - Mining Engineering - Production Engineering - Textile Engineering - Materials and Metallurgical Engineering Benefits of AMIE - You can study in your spare time. No regular study or class required. - AMIE qualified candidates are equivalent to students who have passed B.E/B.Tech. - After AMIE, You can apply for entrance exams such as GATE and others for M.Tech or higher studies. - After AMIE, You can apply for competitive exams for job. - After AMIE, You can apply for jobs for government as well as private sectors. |
