After 10th if you want to study further then you can go for any diploma course in medical background as you have a bit knowledge of medicines.So, here are some of the courses related to your field :
Diploma in Pharmacy
Diploma in Medical laboratory Technology
Diploma in general nursing
There are many other career options if you want to change your field like:
Diploma in applied arts
Vocational course in fisheries
Course in printing technology
Forest ranger courses
Course in poultry
Diploma in music and dance
Diploma in accountancy
Diploma in social service.
Apart from all of the above options which are all short term courses you can do full degrees but for that you have to pass your 12th class in the stream in which you are interested. So decide for your career as per area of your interest.

i am supposing from your question that you are interested in Medical stream.

so here i am providing a guide for a career leading to medical doctor.

after Xth you have to opt for science subjects with biology as one of the optionals at 11th & 12th.

while in XIth & XIIth you can start your preparations for medical entrance exams like AIPMT,AIIMS,AFMC,BHU,MAHE & state level PMTs for admission into medical colleges.

As per your intrest you can choose the courses.

If you are intrested in PCB then you can select MBBS, BDS (Bachelors of Dental Science), BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy), BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery), BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine & Surgery), B. Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) also and also you can, BVsc and BMLT also.

If you are intrested in PCM then you can choose engineering courses, NDA,and any other courses also.
And you can select degree courses also according to your intrest.

If you choose any group and not intrested in above courses then you can choose media, fashion designing, army coursess,teaching field, banking courses and proffesional courses also

If you have some knowledge about medicine and also if your interest is toward it it's better to take Bi.P.C. as your group and go for +1 or intermidiate. You can become a doctor, or a pharmsist or a scientist as per your interest. But for any of the proffessional course you have to first pass 12th class. Later you can go for B.pharmcy / M.B.B.S/BDS/ Veternary/B.Sc(agrl)/D.pharm/ or homeopathy doctor
