I am student of class 12th art my subject ENGLISH,POL SCIENCE, ECONOMIC, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IT,POL SCIENCE, PHYSICAL EDUCATION
So can I B.E/B.TECH

No, 12th arts candidate are not eligible to do BTech degree. Because the educational qualification required to get admission in BTech course is 12th standard with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as main subjects.
