Hello sir i completed my graduation in botony can i appear for mpsc exam or some additional courses are to be done for appearing for this exam. Kinly explain briefly what to be done for appearing this exam.

MPSC-Maharashtra Public Service Commission.

MPSC exam held every year and it is conducted by the Maharashtra State government.


Eligibility criteria:-

Applicant should be complete bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university.

There is no requirements on percentage of marks to apply this exam.

Candidate must be a citizen of India.


Age criteria and relaxation details:-

Age limits are 21 years to 30years,

Relaxation:-

Relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates,

Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidates.


Selection steps:-

Preliminary examination,

Mains examination,

Personal interview.


Prelims exam syllabus:-

Arts and Social sciences,

Intelligence test,

Current affairs,

Science and Technology,

Commerce and Economics,

Agriculture.

MPSC Stands Maharashtra Public Service Commission

MPSC exam is conducted by Maharashtra Government every year

Eligibility Details :

You must be citizen of Indian

You should have a Bachelor's Degree in any stream from a recognized university

Your age limit not more then 33 years and less then 21 years

If your any reserved candidate , you have age relaxation as follows under govt rules

3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates

5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates

Preliminary Examination

Main Examination

Interview

Preliminary Examination Syllabus :

It consists of four papers i.e

General Knowledge

General English

General Marathi

General Studies

After passing preliminary exam to qualified for Main examination

It consists of six papers

Two language papers i.e English & Marathi & four papers in General Studies

The four papers are

History & Geography

Indian Constitution & Politics

Human Resource Development & Human Rights

Economy & Planing , Economics of Development & Agriculture & Science & Technology development

Yes, you can appear for MPSC exam after completing Graduation in Botany.

MPSC - Maharastra Public Service Commission is an entrance exam conducted by State PSC for appointment of Admisnistrative officers in various State Govt. Dept. under Maharastra Govt.

The eligible candidate must be an Indian Citizen having completed Graduation in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate, can apply for MPSC exam.

The selection is through two phases of written exam followed by Personal Interview.
