I passed my graduation on 2nd chance, mean on october, & I want to appear in mpsc exam, so I can?

MPSC stands for Maharashtra/Mizoram/Manipur/Meghalaya Public Service Commission by their respective board of education for the recruitment of government official at the administrative post of their respective states.

Yes you are eligible for appearing in the same examination having completed your bachelor's degree as only the degree matters not the percentage in the same or in how much time you have got it.

Also for the same examination you must be an Indian resident along with your age lying between 21 years to 33 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per the government norms.

Like all the Service commission this examinations are too held in three stages which are called as Preliminary test, Mains and Personal interview.
