Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research is the all India Level entrance examination conducted for the admission into MBBS program.

If you have completed 12th or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% aggregate marks(40% for SC/ST) then you are applicable for JIPMER Exam.

Those who are appearing for class 12th exams can also apply.

Your age should be above 17 years old.

Your age now below 17 years old so at that time you are not applicable for JIPMER exam but after completion of 17 years old , you can apply here .

The questions will be Multiple Choice Questions type.There is no negative marking for wrong answer

The eligibility criteria required for the JIPMER examination are prescribed as below:-

* Completion of 12th in any stream from any recognized board.

* Final year contenders are also eligible.

* Age limit:- More than 17 yrs.

* Nationality:- Indian.

JIPMER Entrance Examination Eligibility :

Candidates must be Indian

Candidates must have passed 12th stands with physics , chemistry , Biology & English

Candidates must have secured min of 50% aggregate in all subjects (40% for Sc/ST)

Candidates must have completed 17 years at the time of admission as on December 31 , 2013

Examination Pattern :

English : 50 questions

Physics : 50 questions

Chemistry : 50 questions

Biology : 50 questions

Total : 200 questions

each one carrying one mark

Duration of Exam : 2hrs 30 min

I am happy to inform you at age of 17 year you are eligible for J.I.P.M.E.R entrance exam.

ELIGIBILITY FOR J.I.P.M.E.R EXAM:-
> Pass 12th with minimum 50% marks from recognized University or Board.
For ST/SC candidate minimum 45% marks is require.
> The age limit for exam is 17-25 year.
> The candidate must be citizen of India.
