Can I apply for GATE exam while being in 3rd year of B.Tech?
I am pursuing my 3rd year of B.Tech Civil Engineering. Am I able to write the upcoming GATE exam or not? Or, do I need to complete my full 4 years of B.Tech and then only to apply?

You cannot write for GATE while you are in 3rd year of B.tech. The final years candidates means 4th years are eligible to write gate. Or who have completed B.tech are also be eligible for GATE examination.
