Can I apply for IBPS exams having BA Literature from Madurai kamaraj Distance University also I am from kerala, as I don't find them on the list UGC approved for the year 2016-17???

Eligibility for the IBPS PO exams:-

Graduation pass

Age should be between 20 and 30 years

OBC gets 3 years and SC / ST gets 5 years age relaxation

Eligibility for the IBPS bank clerk exam:-

Minimum educational qualification is graduation pass

Age should be between 20 and 28 years

OBC get 3 years and SC/ ST gets 5 years age relaxation

You have completed BA course from Madurai kamaraj Distance University, so you are eligible for IBPS exam because this University is approved by UGC.

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IBPS exam.

Your age should be in between 20 to 30 years.
