Yes, you can apply for IIT JEE exam because you have completed 12th standard.

If you have completed 12th standard from a recognized board with physics, chemistry and mathematics with above 50% marks then you are eligible for IIT-JEE exam. 5% marks relaxation is provided for SC/ST category candidates.

Your age should be in between 17 to 25 years.

Yes, you are eligible for JEE mains after passing your 12th.

Joint Entrance Examination is conducted for getting the admission into undergraduate engineering courses like B.E./B.Tech and B.Arch.

Only those candidates, who have passed their 10+2 with physics, chemistry and maths subject from the recognized board exam are eligible to sit for this examination.

Those candidates, who were born on or after 1st October 1990 are eligible for this exam whereas, those candidates, who were born before above date are not eligible for this exam.

Age relaxation for SC/ST category up to 5 years on upper age applicable (born on or after 1st October 1985).

JEE means Joint Entrance Examination and the examination is conducted by C.B.S.E. once ever year.

The examination is conducted in two phase which are as :-

Phase I :- JEE Mains & Phase II :- JEE Advance .

Yes , you can apply for JEE Mains examination after passing your 12th but you must have Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics as your subjects and have secured at least 50 % aggregate in each of the mentioned subjects from a recognized school/college .
