Yes , You are eligible for UPSC exam because you have completed graduation in degree in computer science.

DETAILS ABOUT UPSC EXAM

There is no marks criteria.Only graduate are applicable for you.The eligibility criteria is given below.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Candidate should have minimum graduation degree with any discipline from a recognized university.

AGE CRITERIA:

For General category candidate,age should be between 21 to 27 years
For OBC category candidates age should be between 21 to 30 years
For SC/ST category candidates age should be between 21 to 35 years.

NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS:
4 attempts for General category candidates
7 attempts for OBC category candidates
Unlimited attempts for sc/st category candidates

after completion of BE in computer science you can go for UPSC or MPSC exams..

Eligibility for MPSC/UPSC exams:-

1.Candidate have to complete the graduation in any trade.

2.Candidate must be an Indian,

3.Age should be in between 21-30 years.
For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years.

As you have complete computer engineering then you are eligible for UPSC or MPSC exams.

Of-course you can apply for the U.P.S.C. and M.P.S.C. both. You will APPLY ON IAS/IPS/IES ETC. EXAMS FOR UPSC.

IN THAT SECTION IT IS ASKED THAT WHICH TYPE OF ENGINEERING STUDENT CAN FILL UP THE FORM OF IES.

AND THE ANSWER IS WRITTEN BY UPSC THAT A candidate possessing a degree in Engineering in any discipline is eligible.

NOW IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT IAS AND ETHICAL HACKER POST THEN IAS HAS MONEY WITH POWER.

THINK YOU CAN GET MORE MONEY WITH A POWER OF ADMINISTRATION.

For IAS/IPS exams you can get the job of Indian Administrative Service like DC Deputy Collector or DM deputy Magistrate and for IPS you can get Superintendent Of Police i.e. SP etc.

The Age limit for UPSC exam is 21 to 30 years on 1 August of Exam Year i.e. If you are appearing in 2012 UPSC exam then your age should between 2 August 1982 to 1 August 1991.

First of all you have to go through the Question Pattern for which exam you want to appear. You can download and print Previous Years Question Papers at www.upsc.gov.in

NCERT books are best for the basic knowledge because it covers full syllabus of UPSC.

You can also practice more and more MODEL Question Papers from a sample paper by which you can experience to the Questions coming in UPSC exams.
