Can I apply for MSEB recruitments after getting aggregate 55.66% in degree course with 64.20% in final year?

Hello....
I am E&tc engineer..I got agreegate 55.66% in degree course and 64.20% in last year of degree course.Can I apply for MSEB recruitments?

yes definetly you can apply becouse MSEB want first class degree ,so you can apply for MSEB
