diploma is a three year course and you have completed it in the electrical branch now you can go for the job, there are many government fields in which yo can apply, and the electrical field will get a very good job in the diploma.
if you want to go for the further studies then you can go for the b,tech, for this you don't need to give any entrance exam, if you have get good marks in your diploma then you can go for the b.tech on the besis of the marks you have got in the diploma. you will get admission in the 2nd year in the b.tech.
so b.tech is best for you.

Since you have already prepared for the third year exam doing the same part time should not be a problem. You may not need much training. So doing the correspondence course will be apt for you. As per the AICTE norms some institutes are allowed to provide correspondence course too. You need to approach your college authorities. Draft a letter of your current situation and ask them whether they can help you in this matter. Also they will be able to guide in case the institute does not have correspondence course. It is not clear what kind of a job you are pursuing. Also it is not clear what kind of job you would like to do after completing the diploma course. If computer usage is part of the job then definitely you must pursue a course in this area.
